Log on for employee survey

The UK's biggest annual survey of what it's like to work in the third sector kicks off this week

The annual Charity Pulse staff satisfaction survey, run by Third Sector and Birdsong Charity Consulting, canvasses charity employees and builds a picture of working life in the sector.

It takes 10 minutes to complete the online questionnaire, which can be submitted anonymously. It gives participants the chance to air their views on their working conditions. They can also enter a draw for the chance to win four free coaching sessions from Birdsong.

More than 1,000 people took part in the 2008 survey, which found staff were less happy with their work-life balance than in 2007.

The survey closes on 24 April. Third Sector will publish the results later this year. Visit www.bird-song.co.uk/charitypulse.html.
