Movers: Lloyd Scott, director of fundraising, Autism Trust

Lloyd Scott has been made director of fundraising at the Autism Trust.

Scott, the fundraiser best known for stunts such as completing the London Marathon in a deep-sea diver's suit, joins the Autism Trust after working as a full-time fundraiser and independent consultant since 2003, in a career that has seen him raise nearly £5m for charity.

Scott was previously head of marketing at Leukaemia Care and then spent three years at Clic Sargent, where he was national project manager before becoming head of communications.

"Autism is a cause that I find fascinating," says Scott. "I will be focusing on more orthodox methods of fundraising, but I am planning one or two challenge events on behalf of the trust."
