Movers: Phil Andrew to become chief of the StepChange Debt Charity

Plus: John Trampleasure joins the RAF Benevolent Fund; and Nicky Reid is promoted to lead role at the Scottish Professional Football League Trust

The StepChange Debt Charity has appointed Phil Andrew as chief executive. He joins on 20 November from the same position at Working Links, which supports disadvantaged people, and will take over from Mike O’Connor, who is stepping down.

John Trampleasure has joined the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund as director of fundraising and communications. He was director of fundraising, external affairs and strategy at Ambitious About Autism.

The Scottish Professional Football League Trust has promoted Nicky Reid to chief executive. She has spent the past two years as general manager at the charity, which aims to meet social needs through activities supported by the 42 professional football clubs in Scotland.

The former magazine publisher Kevin Cox has been appointed chair of the conservation charity the RSPB.
