Movers: Philip Mulligan, chief executive, National Society for Clean Air

Philip Mulligan has been appointed chief executive of the National Society for Clean Air and Environmental Protection, having served as acting chief executive of the environmental protection charity since November.

Trustees praised his proactive style, effective planning skills, governance reform recommendations and rebranding proposals. "This is a pleasing vote of confidence from the trustees on the eve of exciting changes for the NSCA," he said.
