Movers: Vandna Gohil, chief executive, Voice4Change England

Vandna Gohil will head an umbrella body that will act as a voice for black and minority ethnic third sector organisations.

Voice4Change England is a coalition of 19 voluntary groups that aims to change public policy and improve conditions for third sector organisations working with BME communities.

Funding for the group comes from the Office of the Third Sector. Gohil was previously learning and development manager at Futurebuilders England, before which she worked as UK policy and development manager at the Community Fund. Voice4Change will be launched in September.
