National Children's Bureau has become the second large children's charity to rebrand in the past three months.
On Friday, the organisation adopted a new logo and changed its name to NCB.
A spokeswoman said the new logo provided a "more contemporary and strong identity". The circular design, she added, reflected the ‘wheel' concept of the charity, with NCB at the centre surrounded by specialist departments.
"We believe our new brand better represents NCB's multi-faceted nature and reflects our established credibility and powerful voice," said Sally Whitaker, deputy chief executive of NCB.
In September, NCH rebranded as Action for Children. The National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations also changed its name to Children England this month.
