£461k - The amount of money raised in voluntary income. The fundraising ratio for the charity's fundraising events was 23p in the pound, compared with 20p in the pound the previous year

14% - Staff turnover in the year. The charity says it wants to reduce this figure by offering staff better career opportunities

3% - The percentage of pensionable salary the charity contributes to employees' pension schemes.
