£130k - The cost of generating voluntary income. The charity raised £1.22m, giving it a fundraising ratio of 11 pence in the pound. The previous year's ratio was eight pence in the pound

£473k - Free reserves at year-end. This was in line with the charity's target to hold reserves equal to three to six months' expenditure. However, the charity intends to increase its reserves

1,672 - The number of people the charity worked with during the year

18% - The proportion of its clients the charity helped with welfare rights. Other major areas where it provided support included health, employment, immigration, hardship and housing.
