£1.21m - The cost of generating funds. The charity raised £3.99m, giving it a fundraising ratio of 30p in the pound. The previous year's ratio was 32p

£1.88m - Free reserves at year-end. This was below the charity's target, which was to hold reserves equal to a year's expenditure from its unrestricted funds

£100k - No employee was paid more than this

£1.2m - The amount the charity invested in the year in maternal and foetal research at its centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh

25% - The proportion of women who will have a miscarriage at some point in their lives.
