A group of drummers is training for a 25-mile trek in May to raise funds for the environmental charity Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust, which supports the environmental, social and economic development of the area.

Seven musicians from the drumming group Batala Lancaster will climb the three peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough carrying their 7kg drums before joining other members of the group for a drumming performance at the final peak.
