Rosemary Gillespie joins Terrence Higgins Trust as chief executive

Plus Claire Cardy, Clare Titley, Michele Seddon, Nicola Dahrendorf and Paul Jobson

- Rosemary Gillespie has been appointed chief executive of the HIV and sexual health charity the Terrence Higgins Trust. She will join in April from the same position at the HIV charity Avert.

- EllenorLions Hospices has appointed Claire Cardy as chief executive. Cardy, who is the charity's director of patient care, will take over from Carol Stone when the latter retires at the end of March.

- Arts Council England has appointed Clare Titley as director of philanthropy. She will join in February from the Welsh National Opera, where she is assistant director of development.

Michele Seddon- Michele Seddon (right) has been promoted to chief executive of Age UK Lincoln. She was the charity's operations director.

- Nicola Dahrendorf has been appointed Africa director at the peace-building NGO Conciliation Resources. She has spent the past two years as a consultant for the UK government and the UN.

Paul Jobson- Paul Jobson (right) is the new commercial director at Dimensions, which provides support to people with autism or learning disabilities. He was a consultant.
