Third Sector is calling on readers to share their views on working in the voluntary sector.

Charity Pulse, which is run by Third Sector in conjunction with Birdsong Charity Consulting, gives staff the chance to rate their workplaces and leaders.

The poll is in its eighth year and covers subjects including morale, work-life balance and pay.

This year, the survey asks for the first time whether staff agree with the amount their chief executives are paid.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Respondents can participate anonymously or leave their details to be entered into a draw from which one winner will receive three free coaching sessions with Birdsong.

Last year’s study found that levels of job satisfaction in the sector rose slightly after hitting an all-time low in 2012.

To take part in the survey, go to www.bird-song.co.uk/cp. The survey will be open until 11 April.
