The converted ship is staffed by 400 volunteer doctors, nurses, engineers and agriculturists and is currently providing free medical and humanitarian services in Liberia.

The charity has worked in more than 70 countries, and has treated more than 230,000 people

The Liberia photographs were taken by Tim Cole, head of photography at Saatchi & Saatchi design.
