Sue Ryder fundraises to double its nursing care
Sue Ryder Care is aiming to raise £150m with a three-year national appeal.
The campaign will start with a direct marketing campaign in May and June. The mail packs ask for varying donations and explain how many nursing hours different donation values would provide, with the intention of showing donors what impact their contributions would make.
Feedback from the first phase will be used to develop further campaigns throughout the appeal.
“We rely on the continued support of our much-valued donors, who commonly have personal connections with one of our care services,” said Alison McCants, direct marketing manager at Sue Ryder Care. “But we also need to build awareness and reach more members of the public.”
