Desiree D’Souza, leads innovation and social impact teams, SeeAbility

Desiree D’Souza leads SeeAbility’s innovation and social impact teams. Her remit includes fundraising, marcomms, programme development and delivery alongside people with learning disabilities autism and sight loss. All of her work seeks to deepen the impact of the charity so that many more people with disabilities have the opportunity to participate as equal citizens. Desiree is an experienced leader, skilled at building long-term, transformational partnerships delivering education, employment and a stronger voice for underrepresented people in the UK and around the world - sparking a desire to champion inclusion in everything she does.
