Louise Corden, lead digital producer, NSPCC

Louise manages all new technology used to accept donations and engage with supporters at children’s charity the NSPCC. She designed the NSPCC’s first Alexa skill and worked with their corporate partner 02 to create two additional skills for Amazon Alexa, making the NSPCC one of the first charities in Europe to accept donations, and the market leader for voice technology. She is responsible for all the charity’s digital income channels and is currently exploring new technology as a way to enable people to give more easily. Her 12 years in the charity sector include organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support and Copper Digital.

What are they talking about:

How voice technology can help you deliver services and raise more money
  • How voice technology can benefit donors and beneficiaries to access information and services
  • How voice assistants are changing the way we search for information online
  • Considering the impact that voice skills (the equivalent of apps for voice) can have for your organisation
