Third Sector Podcast: Banking challenges

Rebecca and Russell chat to Clare Mills about why many charities struggle to use high street banks

This week, features and analysis writer Rebecca Cooney and senior reporter Russell Hargrave explore a recent report by the Civil Society Group, which looks at the difficulties charities face with finding appropriate banking facilities.

They are joined by one of the report's authors, Clare Mills, director of policy and communications at the Charity Finance Group, to discuss what the challenges are for charities and what can be done to resolve them.

In this week's Good News Bulletin, Rebecca and Third Sector editor Emily Burt discuss a man riding a lawnmower from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association, and an anteater who has been fitted with an blood monitor to manage her diabetes.
