Third Sector unveils top-level event and joins with institute

Third Sector has launched a unique event for the voluntary sector.

The Third Sector Forum will bring together heads of fundraising, marketing and communications for two days of business and brainstorming.

Delegates will attend high-level workshops led by experts including Lisa Harker of the Institute for Public Policy Research; Rob John, director of World In Need; charity commissioner Julia Unwin; Amanda Delew, head of the Giving Campaign; and Rita Clifton, chief executive of Interbrand.

The Third Sector Forum will take place at the Cheltenham Park Hotel from 11 to 13 November. Heads of fundraising, marketing or communications who would like to attend should call Keeley Baker on 020 8267 4444.

I In another exciting development, Third Sector has teamed up with the Institute of Fundraising to provide a dedicated page of news and opinion from the institute every week (see page 22).

The magazine will be sent free to all 3,600 institute members as part of their member benefit package.
