We caught up John Mitchison of the the DMA and Stephen Service from the Fundraising Regulator after the Third Sector GDPR Briefing

Third Sector hosted a GDPR briefing on 26 September in central London for the sector to learn more about the new regulation coming into effect next May.

Two of the speakers at the event were John Mitchison, head of preference services at the DMA, and Stephen Service, policy manager at the Fundraising Regulator. We spoke to them afterwards for their thoughts on legitimate interest.
