Monday: I arrive at the office early to find we've had lots of messages on our Facebook page asking for new aqua sessions. One mum told us her baby hated the water before but now she can't get him out of the bath, so we're keen to start a follow-on class. It's great timing - in the afternoon I'm meeting a team from the local leisure centre to discuss swimming lessons.

Tuesday: It's the first of our new pre and post-exercise classes at a new venue in Barnsley. It's a noisy class and gives the first-time pregnant ladies (including me) a chance to see what we're letting ourselves in for. Later, I edit some fitness videos for our new YouTube channel. I've been testing out the exercises at home with my partner - he says we're having this baby mainly for work purposes.

Wednesday: I start the day updating our databases so our commissioners can see what we're doing. Later, I attend a meeting with local children's centres, nursing staff from Barnsley General Hospital and community midwives. Raising our profile is a big part of my job.

Thursday: It's our Baby Moves sensory skills class this morning and our photographer comes along to get some snaps for the mums to take home, although some of the babies' facial expressions aren't what mum was hoping for. Then it's back to the office to meet our Fitmums stop-smoking coordinators, who have a new campaign starting next week.

Friday: It's the Buggy Boot Camp session this morning. There is much screaming but, in true boot camp style, we plough on through. We get the mums running in the sports hall with the buggies, although there are a few puzzled looks on the babies' faces when mum starts to do some walking lunges and press-ups on the pram. The day ends with a water-based play session. This is always on the messy side because the babies get water everywhere - mainly all over me, so I always come well equipped. We have plenty of water toys and there are a few tears when it is time to pack up.
