Your round-up of the latest fundraising campaigns

Cancer Research UK has unveiled a new theme for its 2009 breast cancer awareness week in October. The charity will ask supporters to "join the fight for women's survival" and embrace a new pink camouflage identity. Merchandise will include pink camouflage ribbons and rubber ducks. Retailers Peacocks and Tesco and fashion website handbag.com are among those supporting the campaign.

The Microloan Foundation is encouraging people to walk to work and raise money to help women in Africa set up their own businesses. The Walk to Work event will take place on 16 October.

Brainwave, which provides home therapy for children with cerebral palsy, is running its first national raffle. The charity hopes to raise £20,000 in the raffle, which is supported by former England and Manchester United footballer Sir Bobby Charlton.

The Fire Fighters Charity's National Car Wash Day will be held on 19 September. Fire fighters will wash cars outside fire stations, giving drivers advice on safety in the home and asking them to donate to the charity.
